If online gambling is prohibited or restricted in your location, you must not use the Platform.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to use 89pkr: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of 89pkr or its affiliated companies; (b) persons on any self-exclusion list maintained by 89pkr; (c) persons with a diagnosed gambling disorder who are under a court-imposed restriction.
2.4 Verification. 89pkr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in suspension of the account and withholding of funds pending compliance.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one active account on 89pkr. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 89pkr shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your 89pkr username or password with any third party. 89pkr will not be held liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.
3.4 Account Transfer. 89pkr accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account rights to any third party.
3.5 KYC Verification. 89pkr implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, including a valid CNIC or equivalent, before withdrawals are processed.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 89pkr accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion fees imposed by 89pkr.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimum deposits for bank transfer and card methods are Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 respectively. Please consult the Cashier section for current limits.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 (mobile wallets) and Rs 1,000 (bank transfers). 89pkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly where a withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold determined by 89pkr's compliance team.
4.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 12 business hours. These are indicative timeframes and are not contractual commitments.
4.5 Fund Security. Player funds are maintained in segregated accounts and are not commingled with 89pkr's operational funds.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. 89pkr reserves the right to apply a monthly administration charge of Rs 100 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any charge is applied.
5.1 All promotional offers issued by 89pkr are subject to specific terms published at the time of issue, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds conditions for sports betting bonuses.
5.2 Bonus funds must not be withdrawn before the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to completing wagering will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 89pkr reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without notice, where it reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation of bonus mechanics.
5.4 Players may not hold more than one active bonus concurrently unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
5.5 Winnings generated from bonus funds that were obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or any form of bonus abuse are void and may be forfeited.
6.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on 89pkr are subject to the applicable game rules and sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In cases of ambiguity, 89pkr's ruling shall be final.
6.2 Sportsbook. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 89pkr reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. Cricket betting markets, including PSL, ICC events, and bilateral series, are governed by the cricket-specific betting rules available within the sportsbook section.
6.3 Casino Games. All casino games at 89pkr use certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles. 89pkr does not alter RTP or game mechanics outside of normal software updates applied by the game provider.
6.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during active gameplay, bets will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's published recovery policy. 89pkr is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
9.2 89pkr's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 89pkr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. You access the Platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own devices.
10.1 89pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other prohibited conduct.
10.2 Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, all bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus funds shall be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.
10.3 Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 89pkr support via the live chat channel available in the account dashboard.
11.1 89pkr is committed to responsible gaming and provides players with the following self-management tools: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.
